What the retainer covers

- Library mining of your existing footage on all tiers. Indexing and classification of what you already shot, so the right clip surfaces in seconds.
- Monthly insights review. A Loom or call covering what tested, what to kill, what to try next.
The three tiers
- Pilot · $4k/mo
- 15 to 20 hand-crafted variants per month from your existing footage. Library mining included. No generated assets at this tier. Best for brands spending $30k to $80k/mo on Meta.
- Engine · $6k/mo
- 25 to 35 variants per month. Library mining, generative fill where it sharpens the work, variant prep, hook expansion. Best for brands spending $80k to $200k/mo on Meta. The sweet spot.
- Studio · from $8k/mo
- 40 to 55 variants per month. Full production pipeline plus the proprietary scoring system that kills loser variants before launch. Best for brands spending $200k+/mo on Meta who want a creative director running the function without hiring one.
How a week actually runs
- Monday: last week's ad data reviewed with the buyer. Winners flagged. Fatigue identified.
- Tuesday-Wednesday: new batch briefed. Hooks scripted, footage surfaced or generated, edits assembled.
- Thursday: internal review. Scoring system applied (Studio). Cuts revised.
- Friday: batch delivered. Working files plus standard masters in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
One weekly call with the ad buyer. One monthly review with the founder or CMO at Studio tier. No daily Slack pings, no creative-ops residency.
What is not included
- Paid media management. Your ad buyer keeps the account. Miru delivers creative; the buyer decides what ships and how it is targeted.
- Brand identity work. Not a logo shop, not a brand-strategy engagement. We work inside your existing brand guidelines.
- Net-new shoots. Quoted as a separate Brand Shoot add-on at $5,000/day (LA-local), or as a project for larger productions.
- Fractional creative director work. Studio is a vendor engagement with defined deliverables, not a part-time headcount role.
Onboarding
- Day 0: contract signed.
- Day 1 to 5: kickoff. Brand guidelines, ad-account access (read-only), and footage library transferred. Hook library scaffolded.
- End of week 2: first batch of variants delivered.
- From week 3 forward: weekly cycle in flow.
Month-to-month, no minimum. Cancel any time via email before the next renewal date.
